COLLECTION IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES
Pick up your orders for FREE at any of our stores. When you place your order select the
shop that best suits you and we will notify you so that you can pick it up.
When your order leaves our warehouses, the transport company will send you a link to their website
in order to check the status of the shipment.
FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 2 return methods: at KESLEM stores or at home. In both cases the
customer has a time of 365 days since you made the purchase in our online store.
The item must be in perfect condition, totally new, unused, and in its original box and labels.
www.keslem.es reserves the right not to accept in exchange or return items that do not come in
perfect condition as just noted.

How should I prepare the package?
You will only have to pack the product. As well as for exchanges or returns, the item must be
in perfect condition, brand new, unused, and in its original box and labels.
After contacting us, we will provide you with a return number which you must provide when the transport agency arrives.
Do I need to print the shipping label?
No, you only need to pack the package. The courier service takes care of everything else.
RETURN TO KESLEM STORES
To make a return in store it is essential that you present the printed invoice of the order.
You will find the invoice in the package of your order.
How long is the return refund term?
Once the product has been received at our offices and after checking that the items are in perfect condition
status, we will proceed to manage the return, which will be carried out in the same account from which it was
placed the order. The return period is between 24h and 78h business days from receipt of the order,
will depend on the bank.
Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
The customer must bear the added shipping costs derived from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided that this involves an extra charge from the transport agency.
